i got problem with my cam
hello... please help with my cam. it is built in crystal eye webcam acer 2920Z.. i got problem with this because when i view my webcam in yahoo.. it will only appear black screen eventhough it says it is connected.. i checked this already in the preference in yahoo but still not working.. please help me thank you..

just taking a stab at the problem, try reinstalling the drivers again in the hopes that it could just be an incompatibility. if it does not work, run a different application like Skype.
it would also help if you check device manager if there is any problems with the device there.

thank you for the email.. i already went to webcam cam problem help in yahoo.. and it says there that my device was not able to meet their requirements.. so i have to buy a cam to use it in yahoo... since that mostly my friends and relatives use yahoo.. huhuhu.. anyway, thank you so much for the help..
