When i first had it i was able to access my wireless card...during the course in owning this laptop i encountered many virus problems and had to use to use the recovery cd a couple of times already...recently i setted up wifi in my house and i got onto my laptop to switch on my wireless card when to my surprise it didnt come on...i switched the switch into th on position used the fn keys to switch to wireless but when i hold down the FN key and depress the F8 key to turn on the wireless but the icon doesnt appear...i reloaded the system again still nothing...i installed the wireless cards drivers manually from the recovery cd and i also downloaded the the drivers from the toshiba website itself..but still nothing.....so now i am completely lost i havent an idea of what to do now if anybody could assist me on my dilemma please HELP ME!!!...i am in serious need of help.....thank you in advance

Re: HELP!!!! My toshiba satellite a10-s1001 wireless card problem
Check in Device Manager if WiFi card is enabled or has any yellow marks. Consider also that it is possible that the card is gone and may need replacement.
