Acer Aspire 5100 touch pad problems

I just got a new kitten and she mannaged to pounce around the keyboard. Now my touch pad mouse set up with not work.
I've tried rebooting and reinstalling the touch pad software, but nothing seems to be working.

I know it's my own fault but.. I still need it to be fixed.

Check Device Manager and see if device has any yellow marks or is disabled.

Hold down the fn key then press f7 that should solve your problem
