OS won't load
hey guys I got a dell inspiron 2650 and I just replaced the hard drive. I try loading windows xp and it won't start up at all then I try ubuntu and that loads and i install it but when i take out the install cd and restart the computer i go back to the blank screen and nothing loads. thx
