Angry HP Pavilion dv9000 Won't Start!!

Hi,

My HP Pavilion dv9000 won't work at all! I press the power button but nothing happens. The only thing that occurs is that the Quickplay buttons light up then turn off. Nothing else happens. Someone please help!!

does the middle blue light flash twice? Does it do it only on battery, on AC mains with battery installed, and/or AC mains without battery?

For proper support: what are you running? video card, cpu, m/board, ram, power supply, brand, wattage, any error message?
PCI-E requires 26 amps at 12 volts. That's a 650W PSU.
Power Supply Info and Selection . Info on thermal compounds & application . TEST PSU USING MULTI-METER
