Need Driver
I have a Sony Vaio laptop that has a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K17 ATA Device ,which is a cd \ dvd player. It was working fine, then next time I went to use it and my computer is not acknowledging it. I need to try and find a driver to get this working again.
Any suggestions? Thanks Cheri

mostly these do not not need drivers for Windows. try deleting upper/lower filters or use CDGONE (Google for d/load site). if this does not work, check if BIOS can still recognize the drive (try booting from the CD/DVD drive using a bootable CD). if this too does not work, consider replacing the drive.
