Hi Experts,
my Asus Laptop has a power supply problem. It`s running from Battery, even if the power is plugged in. (I´m from Germany, so please don`t mind if my English is not so good - and I´m a blonde girl, please explain slowly... ;) The laptop also had a problem with the battery keeping it from starting to boot. The information led at the front was red and removing the battery only let the led extinguish completely - even the power supply cable was plugged in. When putting in the battery and on pressing the start button for starting booting was unsuccessful - all that happend was getting a red led light informaiton. Somehow this problem described above vanished - but now the problem is that the laptop is running on battery even if power is plugged in. And the battery is very low - so what can I do? How can I test if really the external power supply is working? It shows a green light... but perhaps only this green light works and there is no power coming to the Laptop? Or do I need a new battery? What can I do? What do you recommend? Thanks for your help! BlondnCute |
