HP Pavilion DV2750ea
Hello all,
I have purchaed a refurbished HP laptop. As a consequence, all the software came pre installed. I am wanting to wipe the hard drive so i can multi boot XP pro and Vista. However, i am worried that i will lose some of the software that came on the machine. If i make a recovery disk through the recovery partition will all the same settings and software be restored to? What effect will the recovery disk have when trying to be re-installed when faced with multiple partitions as opposed to the current two (if that makes sense)? |
