hi all....
my laptop has a strange problem. one day while working on battery i left it went away for some work. the charge remaining was 40%. when i came back after 15 min. my laptop was switched off. from then onwards my battery is not getting charged. when i work using AC it works but it does not show any charging, on battery it is not getting switch on.i tried replacing the battery, but i got no change in it . it is not getting charged. if we put a charged battery it works fine. but when battery gets down it is not getting charged with AC powered down.My laptop is HP COMPAQ-Presario M2002; with intel celeron processor 256 Mb ram; Windows Xp-SP2 OS; want to know what may be the problem. note: i tried opening it, i found now components worn out or burnt, the board looks fine. please suggest. regards---minnathullah |
