Upgrading Raid0 harddrives

I have a Sony Vaio VGN Ar-570CTO which has 2x 100GB hard drives (the specs of which I'm not sure of) raided together so that in windows, it shows up as 1 200gb disk.

How would I go about upgrading to another set (of say.. 2x 250gb) drives without losing any data or having to reinstall anything? I would still prefer to keep the new drives in raid0-striping mode, like my current configuration is.

Could somebody give me a few pointers?
