My Emachines W4605 Seams to be loosing it's RAM! It used to have 512MB of (Random Acces Memory) but now last week I checked and it said I had 446MB!? I haven't any hardware upgrades in the past month except for a replaced video chip on my system board. What's causing this? Is it normal?

hi Josh,
check in your BIOS settings how much is allocated for video. that might explain the decrease. or you can run Everest (see link on my sig) and see Windows Video under Display.

Try F1 or the DEL key when the logo appears.
