i hav hp dv6599 with inbuilt altec lansing speakers..they were working fine and just one day the right speaker started having problem..it has the volume but it is very blurred..the right speaker works fine..i connected it to earphones and ext speakers..it works fine there..can u plz suggest me sumthing..

Re: right speaker working really bad
the built in left/right speakers are separately wired to the motherboard. that means you can get sound from external speakers but not from any or all of the internal speakers.
open it up and replace the malfunctioning speaker. or bring it to a repair shop to have it checked.
