Re: Dell Xps m140 problems
hi,
first things to check is the output of the AC adapter. if this is good, try removing the battery and power it ON. if this does not work, remove AC adapter and battery, press power ON button for 30secs.. attach battery and AC adapter and power ON as normal.

Re: Dell Xps m140 problems
when it powered up, was it able to go past the logo? try it again, remove the battery and press power ON for more than 30secs. make sure AC adapter is unplugged from the laptop.
if this does not work, try to reseat the RAM or if possible use a working spare.
