Toshiba Satellite M45 331 - won't start

I a Satellite M45-S331 Notebook. It was working fine yesterday. Now it won't turn on.

I push the on/off button, it lights up. I can see the hard drive flash once, and feel the DVD drive turn slightly slightly. The LED turns on.
But nothing else happens. No splash screen with Toshiba.... nothing. I have taken the battery out, unplugged the power supply and let it sit for 1/2 hour and then pushed the button...nothing! I have pushed any number of keys combinations and even tried the lock/unlock mode...nothing....

Any help is appreciated......

Hi,
Have you tried hooking it up to an External Monitor to see if you get a screen?
