[SOLVED] Problem: Getting blue screen after installing new video card driver

Hey I've been getting blue screens of death after installing a new driver for my video card which is a nvidia 8700m GT for my laptop. My computer was running slowly and acting weird with different video games and other programs so i decided to try a different driver, and got one of the laptop2go forums i think, forgot the version. Turns out i guess nvidia's website doesnt really support the 8700m GT's very well so... anyway after installing it i get blue screens of death about 5 times a day. The thing is my computer is really runnning a lot better except for the blue screens with this new driver so i was wondering if i could get some help, Thanks
