please help me.... i dont know what is the problem of my laptop, im just using it one day then boom it crash
![]() i tried to re-install the revovery cd but it wont work, it usually boot shows the win XP logo then the blue screen with numbers appears...![]() then it boots again same just like a circle round and round ....please help me i beg you..thank you..

post the error message you get on the bsod in full
is the bios set to boot from cd first if your recovering from hard drive recovery partition i think you hold down the control key as you boot and tap f11

Could be a hardware issue such as a hard-drive is dying for example. Dell I believe comes with their own integrated diagnostics utility. When you first turn on the computer keep tapping the F11 key and see if the diagnostics utility program comes up.
