HP DV5000 USB Not Working
I have a HP Pavilion DV5000 Laptop that all three of the USB ports have stopped working. I have tried updating software through Microsoft. I have run antivirus, and other utility programs, but cannot seem to get them to work with my Microsoft Wireless Noteboodk Wireless Mouse 3000. Any suggestions are appreciated.

hi Steve,
does it work with any other USB device except the mouse? have you checked the Device Manager if the USB controllers/devices have ! or a ? before them? Try uninstalling them in the Device Manager and reboot.
