Fujitsu Siemens AMILO PRO v3515 Dead

Hi Guys

I have got an Amilo Pro v3515 Laptop, i bought way back in Sept 07, and it's a great laptop I love it to bits but it's dead, this is my problem.

I went to poland 2weeks ago and on my third day i wanted to use it, it would not boot up (the power and WiFi lights came on only) no screen, HD spins and the CD-ROM registers and the CPU fan spins. as soon as i got back i suspected it was a memory problem so i replaced the RAM and also tried different slots at a time with no luck, secondly i thought it may be a WiFi card malfunction so I replaced that with an older working one again with no luck, i eventually took it to a repair centre and they told me that my mainboard was fried, I ordered another mainboard and installed it, again with no luck, i'm starting to think the CPU is dead, i have no way of testing the cpu in another machine. UI've ordered another one hoping that it will fix it, but I'm not so sure
