BIOS Self Test Beeps
I am attempting to Boot an HP Pavillion Laptop with and AMD Turion64 Processor which is giving me 1 long and 2 short BIOS beeps. No display on the screen and I cannot figure out how to reseat the ATI videocard.

most laptops come with a video chip not an actual card what model laptop is it
check the beep code here www.bioscentral.com

1 long and 2 short is normally a display adater error. I guess you already knew that.
