HP Pavilion dv6000 boot issue

My computer HP dv6000 has issues! It will not boot on battery power! It gets to the Microsoft Corporation screen and while loading it glitches. Now it's getting worse and sometimes it does the same thing when it is plugged in! When this problem happens it does start up repair every time and it does not solve the problem.

Do you have a Windows XP cd?
