I apologize, know this problem has been brought up before unfortunately when I do a search I get a fatal error on this board.
I'm running XP Pro, when I try to burn files to a CD I get a message like "There is no disc in the drive" "Please insert a writeable CD into Drive E". This is a Sony VAIO, and it has iTunes on it. It is really infected and I'm trying to save off data files and then create the restore CD's so it can be reimaged. Yes, there are writeable disks in the drive (I have another laptop that can see them), I've deleted the upper and lower limits in the registry, and yes I've reloaded the driver and yes it can see it as writeable. Thanks in advance. |
