laptop arrow key trouble
Hey yall, I have an Dell Inspiron 1521 and just recently, in the last few days the arrow keys have been giving me trouble. Whenever I press them to navigate a page on the internet, they seem to want to do something they shouldn't. There is two main things they do. The up and down keys either act like Home and End and take me to the top or bottom of the page. Or they act like im in word or something and I get a cursor and to scroll down I have to hold the down key as the cursor goes over each link and word until its at the bottom of the page. Anyone have any ideas?

hi,
Go to Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. Select the Languages tab. Click on the Details button. Text Services and Input Languages window will show up. Check the what type of keyboard is set under Installed services.
