Black screen at startup
My comp has been having problems booting, after several forced restarts, I finally recieved this message:
MSI-1039-M56P ATOMBIOS 9.12.1.12_CL249402 Im thinking it has something to do with my video card but I am not sure. It is a two year old custom windowsxp home edition laptop.

hi kushtika,
am i correct to say that you cannot boot your laptop now? and when you boot you get the error that you posted? what part of boot up does this error come up? can you get into BIOS settings at least? apologies for the many questions. i just want to have a clear understanding your problem.
