Laptop performance slowing
Hi, I'm new to the forums.. My Sony laptop has been lagging more and more lately. I clean up the hard drive and defragment regularly, but these don’t seem to do much anymore. Any tips for speeding up and improving performance? Thank you!

You can also look in the msconfig startup list to see what can be disabled ( most of it actually ) Start . . Run . . type msconfig . . click on the Start Up tab Uncheck anything you do not need to run all the time You might also try a couple of the antispyware tools in my signatrure
