Dell Wireless

Hi there,
My friend had a Dell Latop with a dell wireless min card.
He is having problems connecting to wireless network and wishes to uninstall the Wireless Adapter.
When you uninstall it in the Device Manager how do you install it again or would you have to contact Dell to do this.

if you need a wireless driver, try the Dell website and download the wireless driver from there. or if you know what wireless card you are using (ex. intel 2200bg) go to its manufacturer's website, driver downloads page.

I had a friend with a Dell that had a bad wireless card & he took it out himself. Depending on the model it can be anywhere from easy to next to impossible.

You won't know until you look. Do your homework but remember...if you do not know what you are doing you can very easily make things worse.
