Bluetooth not showing

Have got a toshiba g20 laptop, have been trying out the bluetooth, found no longer working, the Radio access works, allows access to net throu radio, but the bluetooth is not showing in config free, checked devices and isnt showing up in there neither, software in installed, have also rebuilt the machine (6 times, diffrent configurations) checked toshes site and forum, but not much help found.. does any one know where this is sites on the board? i assume it is some where abouve where the dvd drive is.. i cannot see it being hard ware due to the radio working.. if i try to re install the bluetooth manually its starts looking for the hardware.. if i try installing hard ware (netcard) manually it doesnt recognise the driver..

stripped down, found it to be a 3/4 inch ribbon that had dislodged from under the keyboard to the under side of the case. re seated and AOK...

just have re re build all software again..
