Os is not loading in my SONY VIO LAPTOP
My SONY VIO Laptop (in which CD DRIVE is not working) is not loading windos Me. The problem starts when I tried to instal a mouse driver. After that when I tried to load the OS, system shows a messegae "Failed to load imouse.vxd" and after a fraction of second the system will automatically reboot and this process keep on going till I swithces off the system. What do I do??. The problem is that, as I said CD Drive is not working to reinstall OS and there is no facility for LAN booting & USB booting. Please help......

are you able to get into safemode? try pressing and releasing f8 several times right after restarting.
