dont go on battery

I have an Acer Aspire 5670

recently the original power cord broke. I buy another one on ebay and make sure its was all the same spec and compatible.

It work fine.

If i unplogue the power cord the computer juste go OFF

i have 2 Battery i try both battery
both show its 100% charge

but still if i unplogue the power cord it dosnt go on the battery its just go OFF

i try to format
i try different settings in epowermangement

the wierd thing is... if i pus my laptop under StandBy then computer juste stop. I unplogue the power... change my location lets say i go in another room with it. I plogue back... boot and all the windows i left open when i put on stand buy still open, like IE , Photosho etc etc

so its look like and taking some power from the battery but only when the computer is on standby.

so thats it Win XP,
2 new battery
new generic power-cord / powersupplie
