Compaq Presario V4000 sound and wireless stopped working

Hello, i recently re-installed windows XP. After this my built in wireless card has stopped working and so has my speakers. Also the laptop wont enter standby mode. The buttons to operate these are all close to each other but i dont have a clue what the problem could be. Can anyone help?

Yeah i solved it by re installing the computers drivers from a disc which came with my laptop. It did not take long. Hope that helps.
