I reinstalled xp on thinkpad t40p and the ethernet card is not being detected.
I downloaded and installed all the drivers from ibm website, but it is still not detecting the eth card. thanks for any help.

thanks for the reply dai. I first uninstalled the drivers, then restarted pc in safemode networking enabled. I then re-installed the drivers, and then followed this article : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817571 Last edited by omer_am; 02-21-2008 at 10:32 PM. |
