ei system 4213 memory upgrade
Hi, just a quick question. Can anyone tell me where the second (upgrade) memory module goes on the ei system 4213?
I purchased an extra gig for it after reading that the laptop will accept 1 more module to give a maximum 2Gb while the laptop was being sent to me, now its arrived I tried to fit the memory but cant find where it goes. Ive checked the support site but it doesnt say anything and the only documentation I have says check the site if i have any problems. I've had the 2 plates off the back but all i could see in one was the HDD and the other 1 memory module slot which contains the included 1gb (along with the cpu etc.). Thanks in advance Jason |

Re: ei system 4213 memory upgrade
solved - unlike most there is no 'on board' memory on advent 4213, and so there is only 1 slot in netbook, this has the original 1gig, to upgrade a 2gig stick must be used in its place.
