Hi
This is my first post so i will keep it simple,i have a HP Pavilion ez4400 Laptop and when i turn it on all the lights come on but theres nobody home i assume its terminal but does anybody know why ? Any help would be appreciated Thanks |

just to test if it is a screen lcd problem or not; how about using an external monitor and check if you see anything coming up on the monitor.
did you try to update the bios and somehow failed in the attempt? or this happened just one day without warning? |

Have just tried with another monitor ,nothing ! ,this problem has just reared its ugly head recently for no apparent reason that i am aware of and neither of my daughters are owning up to anything HA HA .

Hi digger216!
Do you try to boot up using a power adapter plugged in? Try to do that. And is there anything you do to the laptop last time it worked properly, like drop it accidently or such?
