re: CDROM Floppy not recognized
My C610 Dell has interchangeable modules__CDROM, floppy etc. Lately I am seeing disks not being recognized in these drives. floppy 'cant be formatted' or 'place disk in drive' etc type errors. Also the normally green light front rt side of unit goes into yellow while this is happening It has all worked fine, and just now I am having issues. All is well in Device Manager. Drives are getting harder to insert and I am worried that the socket may be loosening internaly.
Any help out there? TIA fallsoff |
