hp dv6110us (nosound device reconized)
ok i reformated the hard drive and put xp pro on the laptop. put all the drivers back on for it to work properly. but i have no sound at all. there is no sound device being reconized at all. did run, command,msinfo. no device showed. in device manager no deivce being showed. there are drivers. i have the built in altec lansing speakers.
im wondering do i need the software for the speakers or am i going aobut this all wrong. never had this kindof problem. any info would be appreciated. o i have updated the bios and reset the bois. still nothing. |
