HP dv6500
I recently bought an HP laptop(dv6500). It has lightscribe software, but it says it can't find the hardware when i go to use it. I dont remember if it was supposed to have it or not, but I can't imagine they would install the software without the hardware. Does anyone know if this is something HP does. Thanks for any help.
