Sony Vaio laptop battery
Hi, I have a Sony Vaio CR 240--I almost always plug it in to AC, dont really use the battery. Can I take out the battery and use the laptop?

Re: Sony Vaio laptop battery
One thing the battery does is help protect your laptop from power surges and such since the laptop will auto switch when power goes out - similar to a battery backup. IMO, leave it in.
