LCD & External Monitor Black
I was getting the black screen problem on my daughter's HP ze2000. So I hooked up an external monitor. It worked fine but the resolution on the old CTX external monitor I was using was wierd. So I tried different display resolutions. While doing so I THINK I permanently disabled the external monitor (going to fast, not reading the windows, hit OK when should have hit cancel)......if thats possible.
Now when I start up, the external monitor shows the Windows logo but then displays "no signal" and goes blank. After its started I use the function keys fn+f4 to switch displays but nothing happens. Both the external monitor and lcd remain blank. I'd like to use this laptop with external monitor, mouse and keyboard 'cause its better than the old desktop I have. Any suggestions?
