Hi I have a Toshiba Tecra notebook running Windows XP. It comes with the Protector Suite software which handles the enrollments and other information for my fingerprint reader, which opens the My Safe folder.
I had been having some problems lately with my fingerprint reader having trouble reading my fingerprint scan. I am on a project and can't get home to get it fixed. Can anyone tell me the backdoor to get into it with my password. All my manuals are at home and can't seem to find the solution in Help. I have some pretty important documents in My Safe that I need access to right away so if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. SAP technical yes, computer technical - not me! ![]() Thanks |
