problem in connecting the laptop with a voltage stabilizer

hello guys
i got a two complicated problem here

firstly im gonna write down what have been written inside the laptop user manual's & the voltage stabilizer user manual's....
_________________________________________________________

the voltage stabilizer user manual's :-
----------------------------------
After use, turn off all electrical equipment which connected to wise stabilizer and then turn off POWER switch at the rear panel.
___________________________________________________________

inside the Laptop User Manual's :-
------------------------------
1-connect the power cord to the AC adapter
2-connect the DC output plug on the AC adapter to the DC IN input port on the back of the computer.
3-plug the power cord into a live wall outlet. The Battery and DC IN indicators on the fornt of the computer should glow

to disconnect the AC adapter, you can folloe the reversed procedure of connecting the AC adapter.

The First Problem Is In Removing The Power Charger From The Laptop:-
