Laptop Has A Funny Blearie Colour!!!!

Hi Please Help
Out Of The Blue My Philips Freevents Laptop Has Decided To Act Funny.the Only Way I Can Discribe It Is When You Have A Art Painting That Has Had Water Splased On To It.it Goes Blearie And The Colours Combine Together.thats What Has Happened To My Laptop.its Not So Bad On Words And Letters But Its On Pictures And Logos.please Help I Hope This Was A Good Enough Discreption.
I Use Windows Vista And I Have Intel Core 2 Duo.thanks
