I am stuck in a continued loop of Blue Screen of Death - even when I start in Safe Mode it continues to loop.
What can I do - I would be really grateful for any help you can give me. I am running a HP tx1000 Notebook. AMD Turion 64 (x2) 2038 MB RAM. Op System is Vista Home Premium. The crash report I get is: STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x81c908A2, 0x980D7A68, 0x980D7764) Thanks Danny |

Also, if I download the utility from a different computer will I be able to get it to run on the 'rogue' computer - ie: Is it bootable? |

Re: Help! Stuck in Blue Screen of Death Loop
d/l the the floppy or cd version and boot the computer from the disk
go to the laptop makers site and look at what it lists in the specs for your computer

Re: Help! Stuck in Blue Screen of Death Loop
Firstly, let me thank you Dai for sticking with me on this one!
I have been to the HP site and looked at the specs. For hard drive it says 120GM Sata Hard Drive. No manufacturer!! |

Re: Help! Stuck in Blue Screen of Death Loop
Okay, I ran a DOS tool from Maxtor called SeaTools for DOS. My drive passed the tests so doesnt look like a hardware issue.
Am I running out of options? |
