The laptop should have come with a disk with drivers. Try that first. If that does not work, you'll need to find an updated driver online.

laptops mostly have a video chip not a actual video card and you don't then use normal video drivers
check the laptop makers site for updated drivers for your model

so i uninstalled the driver i got from www.laptopvideo2go.com.. and installed the orignal drivers back...

few minutes ago my system rebooted from tht same screen...

the problem still there..

see if the event viewer lists anything pointing to the cause of the problem different to the image you posted earlier

im surprised they put this there.. it jus hsows how unreliable vista is..
