Reasons for "automatic shutdown"
Hello everyone,
I bought this "as is" laptop from ebay. It's a HP Pavillion ze4700, and it turns on and shuts off. Once it actually POSTed, so I restared it again and as it cheched the RAM it froze and shut off. I had replaced the ram prior with a working stick, because the memory that it came with was a bad stick. I haven't got it to POST since, it just shows a second of the HP logo and zip, shuts off. What are some reasons for this automatic shutdown? Thank you, Steve |
