I need help with my toshiba satellite
I recently replaced my hard drive and upgraded my ram. After reinstalling windows xp and drivers my computer now runs slower than ever before. I have cleaned all the junk programs and limited the processes. When I open task manager the cpu usage stays at 100% al most all the time. It will drop to 15% when just sitting with nothing but task manager open. When I touch the mouse the cpu activity jumps to 95%!
Can someone please tell why this is and how to fix it please? |
