[SOLVED] Screen turned 90 degrees
A friend of mine just called to tell that the screen on his new Toshiba laptop, running Windows Vista turned 90 degrees sideways. At first, after a little laughter, I thought that's crazy but then I seem to remember that there was a virus a long time ago that turned or dropped pixels on your monitor screen.
Is anyone familiar with this problem? And how do I fix it? Pete |

Re: Screen turned 90 degrees
Is he using an onboard graphics card, or a dedicated? ie, does he have a graphics control app?
& have you checked the windows graphics setting? Also, if you think its a virus, you may want to post a Highjackthislog, or even jsut run a virus scan? :) |
