dvd rom drive wont allow me access
i have an acer aspire 5670 laptop and my dvd rom drive wont read or alow my access to it. i tried taking ownership of it, whatever that means, but it wont allow me. it has a red circle with a line through it over top of the icon in my computer......any ideas how to fix it would be greatly appreciated
