[SOLVED] Need help with laptop problem

My laptop unexpectedly stops responding quite often. And when I hold down the power button to turn it off, the power comes back on right away after I release the power button. Does anybody know what exactly causes this to happen, please?

How often? I would go into the BIOS setup and see if it freezes there. If it doesn't, it is likely a Windows issue.

Yes, it sometimes freezes in the Bios set up screen as well. What should I do, please?

I would start by swapping out the RAM. First re-seat each stick. Then, try running with one stick, then the other.

I will try it and actually I tried once but could not find the RAM at its bottom back.
