soda spilt on touch pad left click button

hey guys, the other day a small amount of orange soda was spilt on my laptop's touchpad, and the left-click button is "sticky." How should I fix this?

Re: soda spilt on touch pad left click button

The key pad will have to be removed and wiped off with a cleaning agent underneath the pad. Soda is a problem.
