Busted monitor replacement
Hi,
I currently have an IBM Thinkpad T42 which was dropped with the monitor now having a large crack going through the middle. I've contacted genuine IBM parts distreibutors and they told me it'd be around 800 bucks to have it replaced. My question is, does anyone know of a way to replace the monitor in a cheaper manner, perhaps to something some more generic? As of now I connect it to a peripheral monitor. |
