keyboard issue

hey

i am having massive issues with my laptop keyboard. it was looking a lil dusty so i gave it a hearty wipe over and now some of the kets dont work. the number row and the one below it are the ones screwing up. right now i am using the on-screen keyboard - slow. anyway, now wen i try to repair office a msg comes up saying it cant locate the instalation file SKU011.CAB i have no idea whats gone wrong and no idea howto fix it, anyone able to help?

The hearty wipe may have pushed some dust between the keys and the contacts. You can try canned air to blow it out.

If it's a standard style keyboard, the keys themselves can be carefully pried off and you can use a vacuum to clean the wells. Be careful not to damage the membrane.

If you mix up which key goes where in replacing them, you can use a pencil eraser (clean) to push the disk and see what key you need. If your keyboard has springs in the keys, be sure they are seated correctly when you replace them.

ALSO Don't attempt this in the presence of cats, puppies, or small children.

grr, i cant take out the keys cos theyre stuck on. its a flat keyboard cos its a laptop is there something i have clicked that may have caused it?
